Definitions

1.1 The terms and conditions herein constitute the agreement between you and Southam Airport Specialist. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Booking

2.1 The terms “we” or “us” refer to Southam Airport Specialist. “You” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2.2 Allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. We disclaim responsibility for delays arising from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.3 Request wheelchair access when needed at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to order a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage, considering that a child, irrespective of age, counts as a single passenger. 

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations, unless otherwise specified, exclude VAT. Any material changes to the itinerary may lead to adjustments in the quoted price.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and covers airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs additional charges at the standard Southam Airport Specialist rate. We strive to accommodate flight delays but are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Confirm the booking details upon receiving our confirmation. Failure to notify Southam Airport Specialist of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any charges incurred due to soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger are your responsibility.

4.2 Consumption of food, drink, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Ensure appropriate restraint for all children based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance limits on passenger capacity is mandatory. 

Cancellations

5.1 Notify us of cancellations as soon as possible. A charge, based on the driver’s time and distance to the point of cancellation, applies to cancellations after dispatch.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment. 

Liability

6.1 While we strive for timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Southam Airport Specialist bears no responsibility for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You shall not hold Southam Airport Specialist responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.  

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys. 

Miscellaneous

8.1 Southam Airport Specialist may subcontract obligations. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We can modify terms and conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed. Existing bookings adhere to rates effective at the time of booking.

8.3 Information is stored and processed according to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Southam Airport Specialist and you.

8.5 These terms do not confer any benefit to a third party unless expressly agreed in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date; claims made after this period won’t be entertained by Southam Airport Specialist.
